We are aware of the very difficult situation in which you are working at the moment and can assure you that UTU is working continuously to address the many issues which you have raised.
In line with the PHA advice, the UTU staff from tomorrow will be trialling methods of working remotely and ask for your forbearance regarding this situation. It is our intention to continue to provide a full service but structured in a slightly different way. We will revisit the practice if we feel we are not addressing your needs to the full.
We are therefore asking that you contact us with your issues and queries in the following way.
Include the following
- Your name
- Your TR number
- Your contact details
Our clerical staff will pass your details straight to an Official who will contact you as soon as possible and within 24 to 48 hours.
Please be aware that we are receiving a considerable number of queries at the moment and are working very hard to answer them all.
We will also continue to provide you with updates as new information arises.
