About this course
Most cases a representative deals with turn on procedure. Knowing which policy applies, what stage the member is at and what should happen next is often the single most useful thing a rep can bring to a difficult situation.
This joint UTU, INTO and NEU course works through the main procedures used in schools and gives you the confidence to spot when they are not being followed properly.
